All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales made through Zuriyat Foods are final. Due to the sensitive nature of our products—such as cold-pressed olive oil, organic seeds, spices, and superfoods—we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once the product has been shipped. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our goods and ensures that every customer receives products that are untampered and in their freshest form.

We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the checkout process. This includes verifying the product type, quantity, shipping address, and contact information. If you have any questions or need clarification before placing an order, our customer support team is here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we take great care in packaging and handling each order, we understand that damages or packing errors may occasionally occur. If your order arrives in a damaged condition or you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

To report a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Our team will evaluate the claim and offer a solution, including a replacement or store credit, depending on the specific situation and item availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is packed or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.
